Every once in a while, there's a place that surprises me on such a level. This is a beautiful start to my day. The scallion pancake sandwich was otherworldly. I have to be honest. I'm surprised to find something so creative in New York. I usually something like this could only be found in Paris so I'm urging everybody to give this place a try. This is my new go to.!

I love Win Son Bakery. The Rice Noodles are a must order. Another must is the Ban Cai salad is a perfect balance of crunchy, savory, and spicy flavors. And the San Bei Ji Chop'd Cheese is phenomenal. It's rich, decadent, and packed with flavor... definitely a fork and knife kind of meal. Every dish felt thoughtfully made, and I'll absolutely be coming back to try more.

I eat about 95% whole foods, so I’m very careful about what I break that with for my one special meal each week. Win Son Bakery has basically become that meal. The food is incredible, made with quality ingredients, and my digestion never regrets it.
The Shrimp Burger is REMARKABLE. Nobody has better fries. But the Date Cake ?? I’m not a dessert person, and I managed a bakery/cafe for two years. Hands down the best dessert I’ve ever had.

Really love the Pork Fan Tuan, the crunchy and savory pork floss is so tasty and it's filling. The BEC Scallion Pancake is excellent too, love the sauce they give you with it, and it's made fresh every time. I'll be back, that's for sure!

I've raved about this bakery before and everyone saw something comes along and I feel so lucky to live in New York. It's like we're finally getting close to San Francisco's Asian market neighborhood. This is a Taiwanese bakery and I urge everybody to try I like seafood. I also like vegan food. Well vegan dishes rather there's no such thing as vegan cuisine. It seems she just making them alternatives to main dishes in any event. this is remarkable. The Fish Bandang was delicate light clean delicious with excellent packaging. I tried to photograph it. It's also nice to have such cluttery packaging like the usage of plastic. They use very minimal just for sauces so they don't spill. I wanna rave about this place over and over I feel so uplifted after eating this food.
