The steak was poorly cooked and this entree barely resembled a true Lomo Saltado. Moreover, the entire dish was completely underseasoned. I would not recommend this dish, or this restaurant for that matter. Very poor quality and utterly overpriced.

The Pescado A Lo Macho y Pescado Al Ajo were fresh and delicious! Inka Peruvian is one of our favorites in Palm Springs!

No fork and no spoon food was very oily. Portion was good but I hope they see this comment I will give them a second chance I hope next time the food gets fresher.
