Boiled #2 Crabs were fat and full of roe! They were definitely not boiled today. Id guess a couple days at least. Delicious, but dry. Boiled Shrimp were fantastic. Again, a bit on the dry side, but Shells practically fell off and they had a nice snap and spice to them. Crab & Corn Bisque was cold in the middle. They obviously didnt microwave long enough. It was also completely devoid of salt or flavor. Based on reviews I'll guess bad batch??? Will be back for flavors... hopefully a bit fresher next time. (It is Monday, so no permanent points deducted... if I get them on Wednesday and they're old, different story )

I forgot how delicious the Crawfish Pasta is,. It is so fresh! The chopped green onion tops and seasoning combination makes it a culinary experience. My taste buds are so happy. I ordered a pint. i will order more next time. - GiGi L
