I love this creamy Premium Brown Sugar boba drink. I get lite ice and only 75% sweet which is plenty, even for my sweet tooth. Ordering pickup was super becaue I was able to take advantage of the bogo. I love that brew the tea on demand for each order. Super great teahouse.

I've ordered this boba so many times it's so delicious I love the buy one get one free deal!!! It's the perfect amount of drink and it's so fresh! I will of course be ordering again :)

I was not able to view the entire description of the Dubai strawberry kit, (I tried) but I sure would not have paid $17 for a small jar without actual strawberries to accompany it. Disappointment.
The boba is ok.

i love their selection, though i'd say their drinks are a bit more like 125% sugar of most other places. the toppings are fresh except the boba, which always seems a bit hard and old? i don't recommend their boba if you like your boba chewy, but the other fruit drinks are great!
