• 12/4/23had the first order mistaken but cs was able to help, shout out to Annant for the assist in contacting cs. Second time was great. Food was delicious and the chicken was juicy and cooked well and the portion is also good. The house salad was fresh, I wish I got the bigger size but its okay.

• 5/23/24$10 for half a small box of mashed potatoes was disappointing. I was expecting enough to split for 2 people.
The bag was torn, and part of the contents were sitting on the ground next to the bag. Something could have crawled into it as the food is in unsealed boxes.
The chicken smells good, at least.
I hope the store can work on sturdier and better sealed bags.

• 7/29/26everything was fine but my only issue was the soda that i ordered. since the drink doesn't specify the size and the price was expensive. I assumed it was the 2 Litre drink for the price of $4 plus. but when it came it's just 500 ml. kinda disappointment for me since my order was for my visitors for that day.

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent order, as I was quite disappointed with the quality of the meal.
The Caesar wrap was very dry, and I also found a bone in the chicken, which was concerning and unacceptable.
In addition, the portion of mashed potatoes was extremely small. I’ve attached photos for reference. As you can see, the amount of mashed potatoes doesn’t even fill half of a small spoon, which is far less than I would expect for a side.
Overall, I was disappointed with both the quality and the portion size of this order. I wanted to bring this to your attention and would appreciate you looking into this.

• 12/10/25Very small 1/4 chicken portion. Extra hot sauce is mild tasting. Skin wasn't charred or glazed like the photos, more like steamed chicken (chicken skin was white). Meat was also not tender. Small portion peri fries were very salty. Would not recommend. Not worth the price. Surprised this is a grilled chicken establishment!
