Usually I never try to sourdough bread but wanted something different. I will stick to the croissant! Bread was burned on both sides.... NOT toasted

I ordered a Jerusalem Bagel Platter Instead of getting a proper bagel I got Challah Bread. With the sides. This is not what I ordered and is not ok to do. The Challah still tas good but is still not what I ordered or wanted.
The Crispy Schnitzel Sandwich was good but the Challah Bread was dry on this one. If it was fresh it would have been great.
