• 1/14/26I ordered the Chicharrón with Arroz con Gandules and Plátano Maduro as my two sides. Mannn the chicharron was very tender, flavorful and cooking to a perfect golden crunch! I was afraid it was going to be dry and hard. The yellow rice was flavorful on its own but paired with the chicharron and it was out of this world
