Normally I really like Burgerhaus but this time it fell flat. And speaking to the store itself got me nowhere. I ordered the Vienna burger. It was missing the bacon jam, the bun was charred black and inedible and when I cut into the burger, it was well done (I ordered medium rare). I called and spoke to someone at the store (whomever I spoke with was nice and apologetic), but said I had to go through DoorDash to get the order corrected. If you're going to charge $28 for a burger and pickle chips, it better be good.

The shakes were not ready when I arrived. I had to wait another 10 minutes even though my order said ready for pickup. My Impossible burger was very thin and dry. Chocolate Milk Shake
