• 3/28/26I ordered the Arroz Chaufa de Mariscos / Seafood Peruvian Style Fried Rice. The rice was very bland and not crispy enough. The crab and shrimp were very moist and appeared not to be cooked thoroughly. It was a very large portion but due to the severely poor flavor I would not order again.

• 2/27/26Second time trying them. I had beef lo mein. Noodles were just regular spaghetti, guess I expected better quality. Got grilled chicken too, it was chewy. Description said "w salad", but it was a tiny piece of sliced tomato and small lettuce as garnish. Honestly lots of peruvian options in the area so I will be trying those instead.

• 9/26/26I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with this establishment regarding an incomplete delivery order. After ordering two portions of jalea, only one arrived. When I contacted customer service, the representative readily acknowledged that the mistake was on their end; however, instead of promptly resolving the issue or offering a proper refund for the missing item, she insisted that I place an additional order in order to receive the item I had already paid for—effectively forcing me to spend more money to correct their error.
This highlights a significant lack of quality control and accountability. Management needs to implement stricter verification processes to ensure that all items are thoroughly checked before orders are handed over to delivery drivers. Customer service should focus on rectifying mistakes efficiently rather than shifting the burden back onto the consumer. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering delivery from here.
