The pho broth was Amazing, aromatic, savory and rich. The food was fresh and we appreciated how perfectly packed it arrived and still warm. We ordered the dac biet pho and the brisket pho which were both equally tasty and delicious. The portion was certainly enough for my husband and I to share. We will Definetly be ordering again. Number 1 on my list.

This was my second time ordering the chicken breast pho from this business, but the consistency was very disappointing compared to my past experience. Instead of a full chicken breast, the soup only contained small scraps of chicken. Additionally, the broth leaked entirely through the plastic bag because the restaurant used insecure packaging for a soup item. I specifically ordered this comforting meal because I was sick, so the lack of food quality and poor packaging was a major letdown.

This was my second time ordering from Phowheels. The first time, I ordered pickup from the Burtonsville location and was very satisfied. I ordered the pho with chicken breast, and it was exactly what I expected.
The second time, I ordered delivery from the Union Market location and got the same dish. Unfortunately, the quality was completely different. Instead of a full chicken breast, the soup contained small scraps of chicken, which was very disappointing.
On top of that, the broth leaked through the plastic bag during delivery. While I understand that may have been the driver’s fault, I think the restaurant should consider using more secure packaging for soups and other broth-based items to help prevent leaks.
It’s frustrating that the quality and consistency of to-go orders can vary so much, especially when customers aren’t dining in. I was sick and specifically ordered pho because I was looking forward to a comforting meal, so this experience was especially disappointing.

I had really high hopes for this meal but my pho came pre assembled in a compost type of container. Broth spilled in the bag. The oxtails were tender but my noodles were all broken into inch length pieces, couldn't even use my chopsticks. Had to try to scoop them w a spoon. No garnishes in the bag. & you could tell they left the spices in the broth too long, it was a little overpowering. I don't think I'd order it again.
