Yellowtail Collar was perfectly cooked and so delicious! The accompanying salad was a perfect size fresh and delicious with my favorite ginger dressing on the side. Miso soup was traditional just the way it should be! Everything arrived at the right temperature and perfectly packed ready to eat. Loved the special note with my take out:) Thanks again!!

Food was good. Definitely scratched an itch but the blue crab roll had a bad taste to it and all the rolls were smaller than what you can get at your grocery store now. Paid $20 for sushi the size of a quarter. Food was good but not worth $108 for small rolls

I stumbled upon this place recently walking around Glendale. I had high hopes due to the name and the food truly exceeded my expectation. Sea butter is the most literal & perfect explanation for this sushi! They also left me the cutest hand note which is what really encouraged me to leave a review! This used to be a different place some years back so i hope they stay put forever and ever! I ordered the Spicy Salmon Crispy Rice & Sexy Albacore 10/10 for both! I didnt take. Photo of my food unfortunately but I'll definitely be back!

I never write reviews but feel compelled in hopes that seabutter will listen. This place is amazing in person but I DO NOT recommend ordering takeout unless they up their game. Any specialty rolls are messy and falling apart when you receive them (and not full cut like another customer mentioned). Also, the chicken was basically non existent when I received it. I do not feel the quality is worth the price and I think they give you less in takeout than when dining in person. I feel they are using takeout as an opportunity to give you less / make more and then just throw it together too quickly. To reiterate, I think it's great to dine in person but do not recommend takeout until they make some big changes.

I am consistently impressed by Seabutter! The Hamachi Jalapeno is pretty perfect and the little leaf of cilantro is everything! The Blue Crabis always fresh and delicious.
