New favorite restaurant, you HAVE to get the chips and fundido starter (their chips are so addictive) and the Birria Tacos plate with a blood orange margarita. Would probably be my last meal if I got to choose haha. Highly recommend, always consistently good even through delivery.

Fast prep time. Chips are yummy, made on site and come in a resealable bag. Chicken in the enchiladas was well-cooked. A bit on the healthy side. Not super spicy but solid flavors.

The Cali burrito with extras is cheaper in Louisville than the exact same thing at Verde Boulder with no extras. Always go to the Verde Louisville location!! Always.

The Chicken Wings were extremely disappointing from a quality and value perspective. The rice was disappointing from a quality perspective. The Chips & Salsa Trio was surprisingly nice and the Rolled Tacos were decent. Overall, experience was extremely hit or miss. Would recommend a different restaurant.
