The Three Original Tacos were all lettuce; and the crema was thick, looked almost frozen, and there wasn't hardly any on any of the three tacos at all. The sauce cups were half full. Chicken was dark burnt and dried. Key lime pie was crushed in container. Extremely disappointed. Two stars is generosity. Don't order late at night.

Barely any chips with the"chips" and queso, see picture. Calle Ocho was mostly rice, flavor was ok.  Food overall was average.  Salads were mostly ribs of the romaine, not the leaf. Churro Bites were really good. Probably would not order again based on price vs quality.

Stale chips.  I paid extra for more steak and I got about 3 tiny pieces of diced steak on my bowl. No beans. I said no chips on top and got chips on top. Flavorless rice. Had high hopes but not great. Disappointed

Corn tortilla tacos fell apart immediately and no plastic wear was provided - though it was requested. I am traveling so it was very difficult to eat. Taste was fine, though! Chips and guac/queso was outstanding.
