Arepa Cheese stuffed and delicious as always. TX Burger has tender, moist brisket and little potato/fry crispies for good texture. Chipotle mayo is good blend of flavor and creaminess. Chocolate Marquesa is also delicious as always. Rich milk chocolate mousse with chocolate cake layer and nuts on top. Love Autana!!

The new Chocolate Marquesa is amazing! You get more chocolately goodness with ~layers~ in nicer packaging. Love love love the chocolate mousse style layers with the airy spongy cake layers topped with a chocolate shell drizzle and nuts on top. Every chocolate lovers dream!! I could eat a cake sized version of this :)
The Burgers (regular) and cheese Arepas are delicious per usual. The burger is TALL, packed with meat and toppings, with just the right amount of sauce. The arepas are stuffed to the brim with blocks of white cheese and the outer shell is a perfect balance of crisp and chewy corn. I was just really excited about their revamped dessert!

The people who I talked to on the phone at the food truck were very helpful. As I called before ordering. The Arepa was excellent. The Cachapa was okay, I think I should have added something else to it like meat. I will probably try it again with something added. But this food is really good. Everyone should try it.

I've already left reviews praising the Arepa Cheese and TX Burger (both are mega delicious) so this will focus on the Coffee Marquesa.
The Coffee Marquesa is a yummy, creamy, mousse-like coffee dessert. It does have a smidge of chocolate/white chocolate topping and also seems to have a light hint of coconut I think? Point is, it's not straight coffee flavor BUT it's still very delicious. As a chocolate lover, I do prefer the chocolate flavor of this dessert however the coffee flavor is still yummy when chocolate isn't available.
