I had placed my DoorDash order around 11:50 AM. When I asked about it at 12:06 PM, I was told that the order was still in progress. I continued waiting until around 12:30 PM and made sure to stay near the employee wearing the bandana who was handing out online orders. I gave her my name and specifically mentioned that it was a DoorDash order.
At 12:30 PM, I finally went directly to the counter, and to my surprise, they already had my order ready. The order was supposed to be a hot sandwich, but because of the delay, I only had about 10 minutes left to eat it, so I had to eat it cold.
The person at the counter apologized and kindly gave me a cookie, which I appreciated. However, it was still disappointing to stand there waiting while other customers received their orders, only to find out that my order had already been sitting there.
