I ordered specialty and classic mochi through a buy-one-get-one-free promotion and received eight pieces for $25. Unfortunately, the mochi had a stale, hardened texture and was so difficult to chew that it seemed far from fresh. The quality did not match the price or the expectations set by the product, especially since $25 is a significant amount for eight pieces. As a loyal customer, I expected soft, fresh mochi and was particularly disappointed by this experience. Even with the promotion, the purchase felt like poor value. I cannot recommend it and will not be ordering again.

Really nice workers. Everything tasted really nice! They had a little problem with my order but were really nice about it and even left a little note explaining what happened which I really appreciate it. Thank you so much and I'll definitely order again :)

Sugar and water the lychee slushy hardly tasted like lychee rather it tasted like sugar water with a hint of lychee portion size was descent half of it was melted would not order this particular item again
