Not what I expected. What I expected was the burrito they presented on the photo. Instead I got a plain ass burrito with no flavor. A regular asada burrito was 10 I paid 16 for the same thing ! Make it sense

I ordered a burrito and 4 tacos, the most horrible experience I've ever experienced ordering DoorDash. My food was soaked in grease. Couldn't even eat . I don't know what else to say but that the food is always nasty from this location. Don't understand how a burrito can be so greasy, that it's not eatable.

For the plate the beans were liquidy, rice was dry. Birria tacos were alright, asada meat had quite a bit of fat pieces.

I will not be ordering from Tacos Giyo again. I placed my order for pick up through DoorDash, and when arrived to pick up my order was only handed partial of my order. When asked if this was my order, they showed me the name on the bag to confirm it was mine instead of asking to confirm the items I had ordered. I checked the bag contents before leaving and noticed that more than half my order was missing. When I let the cashier know, she laughed sarcastically and asked to confirm my order on my phone. She then asked the back for the missing items but did not offer an apology or ask me to have a seat and wait. I should note that when I came back to the window to ask about my missing items, there was another customer upset about missing items and being greeted with the same disrespectful and snarky attitude. My review is not a reflection on the establishment as a whole, but rather the person handling the orders at the window. Maybe a revisit on customer service training is necessary. I wish I had a name to provide, but unfortunately the receipt was removed from my bag and I didn't see a name tag on the young lady who "assisted" me.
