Might take the spot for favorite ramen in town. I prefer a place that perfects their broth over distracting the eater with tons of mediocre toppings. Finally, a spot that thin slices their well cooked chashu, and that marinates their egg and it's still somewhat soft boiled after delivery! And I was even more surprised to find mentaiko on the menu (in onigiri form). I'm excited to try their Hokkaido style next which I rarely see here.

These sashimi slices were tiny! For the price we expected more. They included a small miso soup which would have been a nice addition given the TINY portion but they packaged it with the sashimi so the fish was heated. Have previously enjoyed Wagaya sushi but will be more careful when venturing in the future.

I expected better. The Shrimp Tempura Roll was a big disappointment, the shrimp was cooked poorly and had no flavor. The CALIFORNIA ROLL was also mediocre. I should've just went to Fudo even though it's 15 min further out...

Everything had a great flavor. Only took off a star for portion size (especially the soup, it's very small.)
