Rarely write reviews, but I had to write this one. The tonkotsu had no flavor at all—a Lipton soup literally has more flavor. The spicy tan-tan men was spicy but completely flavorless. This was a big disappointment because I really like ramen. Nothing makes me madder than paying for bad food.

Puede cualificar como una buena sopa de sabor local, pero no como un buen ramen. El sabor es bastante básico y la carne de cerdo sabe más a pernil que a chashu, lo que para mí fue un bajón. Como sopa, está bien; como ramen, se queda corta.Tonkotsu

The Broth lacks flavor. Noodles are too thick. Char siu overcooked. Well packaged.

I really wanted to like this restaurant. The presentation is very nice but the ramen is fairly tasteless. Not that it tasted bad, it just didn't have much taste and I had to add a lot of spices to my broth.
