Everything we have ever ordered has been delicious! Packaging is great and well secured - shows care.
Our favorites are grape leaves and chicken kabob or shawarma. But having tried everything, I can honestly say you can't go wrong. If I have any suggestions to this excellent restaurant, it's just to add even more delicious menu items :)

The Koshri was amazing with just the right amount of heat to not be too spicy. The Grape leaves were not it...a huge swing and a miss. They were hot and the texture seemed like they were fried and it cause the rice stuffing to be super dry and chewy. The rice pudding was super tasty and a perfect sweet treat. Overall super pleased with the meal but won't be ordering the grape leaves again.

Got the Hawawshi, it was absolutely phenomenal! Never had Egyptian food before so this was a rewarding adventure, and an instant favorite. I enjoyed it so much I practically inhaled the thing, so I'm definitely going to be exploring the rest of the menu soon! I don't think I've enjoyed a new food this much since I discovered dah díníilghaazh and lingua.

Was extremely disappointed in my burnt kebab without any veggies. If you are ordering the mixed combo, it's great, but just the lamb kebabs on their own are not good quality. The picture on DoorDash is not what you actually get in the meal (no veggies on the kebab and the meat is shriveled and dry). Really disappointed, because our first encounter with this restaurant was great .

All of this food was new to me. The Hawawshi was my favorite, I normally don't care for tahini but the included sauce was excellent. The Konafa dessert was delicious. The Bashmel was different than shown in the photo, used penne pasta instead of lasagna noodles and was pretty dry. It was edible but not amazing. The Koshri was my least favorite dish, a hodgepodge of noodles and other ingredients that didn't go well together, in my opinion. Haven't tried the rice Rice Pudding yet, but it looks good.
