• 6/6/26I got my fix on poblano spinach dip so I'm happy, happy, happy. First time for fish and chips; it was good but would love to see it a little crisper. Tartar sauce has to be made fresh because, well, it tastes so fresh!! Yum, yum. And the side salad, which often at restaurants is kind of a toss-away was actually very outstanding. Somebody put some thought into the ingredients in that salad. Makes me believe the entire menu then has had serious consideration to ingredients---good going staff and bosses. Your guests appreciate it!!

• 2/23/26Once again Bubba's has made my night, indeed. I just love its Pablano spinach dip. The taste is so yummy. Nicely seasoned, just spiced enough to be able to say it is spicy and allow you to enjoy the flavor through and through. Just for good measure I ordered its what they call the Big Salad. So full of deliciously fresh ingredients. Two cheeses, several lettuces, egg, potato straws, I added avocado, onion....all so good and such a nice offset to the dip. By the way, their chips are made in-house and are as well nicely seasoned, and they add a slice of focaccia bread. Usually that's heavily buttered and seasoned, but today it was just sliced and warmed. Actually, that travels a lot better than the buttered one which tends to get hard. So here I sit so happy with tonight's meal. If you want a delightful meal thst fills you but isn't too much, try what I had. I guarantee you will have some glorious tastes to finish your night off. Enjoy, enjoy....yum, yum!!

• 2/2/26My starter was the ever perfect poblano spinach dip. And this time, for some reason, the toast that comes with this dish traveled well and its marvelous seasoning with the perfect butter mixture was just to die for. Man was that delicious. And then the salad was so fresh and comes with a nice mix of salad toppings like egg, tomato, really fresh greens, onion, the straw topping in place of croutons. The simple side salad is most often not much to rave about but Bubba's side salad really makes the customer feel like the restaurant cares about them. Ok, this time I have to be honest that the shrimp and chicken tender combo was not up to par. Probably a really busy evening and things didn't come out tasty and a good mouth feel. Was dry (shrimp) and the chicken was tough. But don't let that keep you from trying it when you order. Usually everything on the menu is fabulous.

• 3/7/26Pickles are a little salty mozzarella sticks were cold, but the boneless chicken was really good but they can offer more. They only give you five.
