• 8/7/26A-3. Crab Rangoon (4) was good but not the best I've ever had. There was a lot of wonton skin compared to the filling.
The E7. Pad Phak was incredible. Blanaced umami flavor, plenty of veggies, and a generous protein portion (I had it with pork). Mix it with white rice and tell me it's not one of the best Thai dishes you've had.

• 6/30/26Sukjai is fast, the good truck staff is super friendly, and the food has consistently been served up piping hot and delicious! I'm currently enjoying the N3. Pad See-Ew and the meat-to-noodle-to veggie ratio is spot on!

• 4/10/26The best Thai food in town and run by the sweetest people!! I always get at least two meals out of their curry, the portions are generous! It's so delicious and I love it more every time I go back. Go see them!!

• 6/24/25The R5. Crab Fried Rice was INCREDIBLE! Packed with flavor and a very good portion, too. I also tried the A-3. Crab Rangoon (4) and D1. Sweet Sticky Rice. The rangoons were decent. The filling didnt have much crab, and it was on the slightly sweet side (maybe the cream cheese used?). They were also relatively small/made with less filling. The sticky rice with mango was good but I found the rice to be SUPER sweet. For those that prefer that I recommend it. I was expecting a milder sweetness and coconut milk syrup.
