Mavericks tastes amazing; the food is always ready on time and added bonus, quickly!. Its the little things like how they separate the lettuce from the burger so it doesnt get soggy, or like how all of the food is neatly arranged in the to-go packaging. I would give 10 stars if I could! The Defiance 8th grade football players tried the mac and cheese as well as the mashed potatos and I quote 'Man, did you try the macncheese and potatos? They were bangin'!'

We ordered the Maverick Burger and the Spicy Pork Burrito . Both were delicious and arrived safe and sound.They included both the red salsa (mild) and the green salsa (hot). If you enjoy flavor and spice, the green is for you! They were both delicious though. Highly recommend this great local place!

I got the brisket grilled, macaroni & cheese and basked beans .. the baked beans are canned .. the macaroni and cheese is tasteless and watery and the meat on the sandwich is very fatty and chewy. For my first time trying this restaurant I will admit I will not be a returning customer. Over half this meal went into my trash.

Highly recommend dining inside. We did doordash this evening and were severely disappointed. Ribs were not as good as in-house. Driver (which is not Maverick's fault) had a difficult time finding us, but never bothered to call and ask for directions. We ordered a half rack of ribs to split, and they were not nearly as delightful as in-house. Seems like they were trying to hurry warming them, and there was more char than we care for. Sorry, Maverick's ... we'll just dine in from now on.
