Best pizza in the capital region!!! The dough is chewy and has great flavor. Sauce is delicious and a perfect balanced dough to sauce to cheese . Cheese is thick and freshly graded (I can tell when pizza places get their cheese pre shredded) Toppings: sausage are crumbles and taste fresh and their veggies are fresh.

The whit veggie pizza from Sapienza is the best in the capital region and reasonably priced compared to other places. Always great tasting with fresh ingredients.

Very different from what I had years ago. Don't know if the family that owns it has changed. I raved to my roommate about this pizza and we got it, very melty cheese so the slices weren't cut through all the way and pulling slices out of the pizza cause some cheese to rip off the half of other slices. Price wise a good deal and it was a big pizza for the cost. Also otherwise fresh and flavor was still better than average. Id order again when im on a budget

The cheese pizza with 1/2 meatball was delicious! Strong flavored, sweet and a lil spicy sauce. Thicker soft dough but cut thinly. Definitely tasted like city pizza which is a compliment.
