S.O.B. Burger is similar to an "Animal Style" Burger @ In-N-Out. Maybe better. Honestly, so, so, SO good!

By far, it is now my favorite place to get a quick burger. The SOB Burger with caramelized onions was incredible and the Overachieving SOB was even better.

Reviews are so overblown for how good this is. Had The SOB and made them both doubles. This is a "good" burger to non-burger people, but it definitely isn't for aficionados. The flavors don't come together well at all... horrible pickles that still taste like cucumber. Sauce was extremely lacking in flavor and not complimentary. Onions didn't taste good or mix well either. The patties are large and decent quality but nothing special. Surface level it's "good", but it's far from well crafted and just seems slapped together. Fries & Garlic Aioli were fine. Wouldn't order again, not a good value at all for the price.

Although the burgers were done well - about as good as I've ever had from in-n-out - the fries were really bad: soggy & tasted more like paper than anything, even with sauce to dip them in.

The meat was overdone and the grilled onions weren't so much caramelized as they were burnt. The net effect flavor was more char than anything else. Really poor quality. Only edible by dousing with mass quantities of ketchup.
