J'ai pris le temps d'écrire ce commentaire car y'a aucun doute que cette cuisine est excellente. Chaque ingrédient est parfaitement assaisonné, parfumé aux herbes et l'équilibre entre l'acidité et le ghee est parfait. Les protéines sont cuites à point, bien rôties à l'extérieur et tendres à l'intérieur. la sauce vinaigrée épicée qui l'accompagne est indispensable. Rien à dire, je vous recommande vivement d'y goûter. C'est tout simplement un régal. english below: i had to take time to write because there is no doubt this is excellent cookery. Every component is well seasoned, fragrant with herbs balanced in the sour/ghee ratio. the protein are well cooked , nice roast on the outside still tender inside and the spicy vinegar sauce on the side is necessary. No notes, highly recommend to give it a try. it is just good food.

Good taste and good portion! The only concern is food is very oily, Kubbeh aux patates / Potato Kubbeh was submerged in oil. The Maqluba de Boeuf / Beef Maqluba the same thing. They may need to control fats % in meals

It will be a nice idea to add more options when starting an order, for exemple:to add extra potatos, extra carrots, eetra meat,..according to customer
perferences. This will add more value to the dish.
