The Rasta Pasta is to DIE FOR no matter what meat you add to it.. it's immaculate!! However, the oxtails are def worth the extra. The way they pretty much melt in your mouth while bursting with flavor... WHEW!!! Nothing can compare!!!
Not to even mention that her trays are ALWAYS basically overflowing and you're ABSOLUTELY getting what you pay for with her massive serving sizes!!

I'll start with the Honey Butter Cornbread because it's perfect. It is very moist and sweet, almost like a crumbly pound cake.
The Rasta Pasta was pretty good. I didn't expect it to have a kick, so I couldn't feed it to my toddlers, but the general flavor was good and there was a decent amount of oxtail on it.
And the Brown Stew Chicken (1 Side) was decent. My kids definitely enjoyed it and it was very moist and slightly sweet.
The sides -- mac & cheese and rice and peas were both really good. I was skeptical about the mac from pictures, but it tasted more like the baked soul food kind rather than the processed kind.
Overall, I'd reorder everything again, especially for the $12 meal deal price.

Fried Chicken (2 Sides) was the best and crispiest chicken I've had in my life. I never leave food reviews but this meal plus the Honey Butter Cornbread ( magic made these) was a lot of food and it was sooooo tasty. It was a cheat meal and now I'm struggling to avoid another cheat meal 2 days later! Tasty! Delicious! Mouthwatering! <chef's kiss>

Wow, this was the best food!! Everything was amazing!! The chicken just fell off of the bone, the Mac and cheese had amazing flavor. The greens were perfect and the cornbread, totally worth it. I'm stuffed and it was worth it! I regret nothing! I highly recommend!

Easily one of the best chicken experiences in Austin. The brown stew flavor is unique and amazing, I even saved some for the morning to toss in with my eggs. Top tier greens & mac and cheese, felt like an excellent home cooked meal. Would repeat this order daily. Dont skip the corn bread!
