Kung Pao Chicken is good. Can have less sauce for sure. And it is not the common recipe but still taste fine. Has a lot of chicken and the chicken tastes fresh. And the fried vegeterian rolls are also very nice! On the saltier side but absolutely a nice one.

I have no words but to be in total shock how good this Young Chow Fried Rice is. It is better than a lot of actual restaurants in China. It is even better than their standard fried rice and the protein they put inside is so crazy because it has shrimp chicken and Char Siu. And the fried spring rolls is also amazing just on the saltier side of how they flavored it, while I am more used to sweeter flavors. Again I am impressed again. It has even better Young chow fried rice than a top ranked Chinese restaurant in Downtown LA. What can I say? Make a brand out of the rice for sure.

I was so excited to find a restaurant serving Vietnamese food locally
Unfortunately, the Vietnamese egg rolls were truly the worst I have ever had. Heavy breading that was very greasy flavor was heavy in black pepper which I have never experienced with Vietnamese food. Even the fish sauce was poorly flavored.
Darn, back to having to go into Minneapolis for good Vietnamese

Pu-Pu Platter the shrimp toast is soooo good. and lowkey the wings are also flavourful, shared with others and they liked it. Fresh Spring Rolls very fresh shrimp and vegetables wrapped inside. even eating bland without dipping was awesome.

Food came on time and the quantities were generous; however, the quality was poor.
My husband could eat only 2 of the 6 pot stickers because they were burnt. I ate only 1 of the 2 egg rolls because of the unpleasant taste (cinnamon?)
The beef in the lo mein was well past well done and leathery. I ordered a side of veggies to be added and they were barely visible. The noodles had a pleasant chew but the sauce was bland.
I ate maybe 10 to 15% of the container and have no desire to eat anymore.
We will not be ordering from Asian Bistro again. Daruma is more expensive but the food is very good. They'll be getting our orders in the future even if it means going without lo mein.
