• 11/22/24I love well seasoned, flavorful food. However, these Gambas Al Ajillo burned my palate beyond tasting good-wayyy too much spice. The Patatas Bravas were overcooked. The best item was Alcachofas and the Spanish Tortilla . Delicious! The Ensalada Sevillana had way too many almonds, not enough greens. I wonder if they were packaged in a paper bag away from warm food would they be less wilted, as well. Will try again and see if Madrid can adjust. (They sent a few olives-made me so happy!)
