Food is very dry and bland. Halal trucks on the street with rice and falafel with salad are a lot more fresh and moist and flavorful than this overpriced chain. Not worth it. Naya is very stingy with the sauce and the toppings, so everything is dry. I even ordered extra sauce/dip for extra $ and they didn't put it with my order.
I don't recommend - better to spend less money at a food truck.

Got the NAYA Bowl with chicken kebab and falafel. The chicken kebab was shockingly dry and tough and difficult to eat. Maybe one of their other chicken options is better? The pita was also super rubbery and hard to chew. Falafel was ... gritty? Kind of a strange texture. Kibbe was pretty good; the hummus was acceptable. Overall, this meal was mildly disappointing. Won't order from here again.

They always skimp on or leave out the Pita Bread. I purchased an extra, they didn't include it. This happens every single time I order delivery.
