Food was for pick up. Said 5-10 min. Waited 20 minutes at the restaurant because it wasnt ready and the restaurant was completely empty. The colombian Breakfast was very and I mean VERY UNSEASONED extremely bland. They also handed me the wrong smoothie (I ordered Hawaii). The Cappuccino wasnt sweetened and they filled ONLY HALF THE CUP. After inspecting my food in my car I walked right back inside to see if they could fix my order. The one guy at the registry didnt believe me when I said my drink was wrong and I had to show him proof of my receipt and the ingredients it was made with then continued to say the DOORDASH APP WAS WRONG (like what the heck?, its your menu). Then him and the woman that made my drink spoke in Spanish and complained (I'm completely fluent in Spanish btw but chose to speak only English). She took back my drink (instead of making me a new one) and just added some things to it and still didnt make it right, and I waited 7 more minutes for this. They didnt fix my coffee so I myself got some sugar (but I had requested to please add sugar on the side and they ignored my notes). One more thing, they were out of stock of tres leches and instead of calling me to see if iwanted something else they took it upon themselves to simply cancel that and refund it and thats not how a professional business is handled. No apologies for all of this either. Complete joke. First time going and last and I live so close too.
