I really war pleased with the fact they separated the toppings from the waffles so they wouldn't get soggy. It was warm and delicious, great end to our trip!!!

There were two waffles pictured, but I only got one. I ordered vegan ice cream and they were out of it. The person at the store tried to be helpful and give me substitutions. I'm pretty sure they accidentally gave me non-vegan caramel and they never gave me the Oreos that I paid for. I would not order again. This cost nearly $30 for one small ice cream.

Would say it's mid.... waffles cold and it's not milk chocolate like u see in they're photo it's syrup... 100% would be better with the milk chocolate they advertise not to mention I paid 75cents for extra sauce that Was filled hardly half way

This place might be better to go in person. They were out of a flavor of ice cream we ordered and didn't offer a replacement, we just didn't get it. The way it was packaged was interesting to say the least. We were also missing a few toppings we ordered. Not worth the price.

I had the mint chocolate chip milk BYO Shake and absolutely loved it. While my husband had the SNOW STORM it just was not his favorite while it was still really good.
