Had another wonderful meal at Elaichii Valley Cottage. It’s likely the best Indian restaurant in Rockland County and the Nyack area. The salad was refreshing and full of goodness, crunchy lettuce, kidney beans, cucumber, crispy crackers, homemade avocado dressing, roasted corn, and tomato, topped off with grilled shrimp. It’s exactly what you want for a quick, refreshing lunch. I highly recommend this place!

This place has amazing food!  Seriously, everything tasted so fresh and delicious.  I've had their tandoori beet salad and classic chicken tikka before, and they were both fantastic.  Definitely going back to try more of the menu.  Highly recommend!
