So dig this right... boom! I got me a half of chicken, namsaying. That Jawn showed up and I thought "man this kinda small for a half a bird" but I ain't mad at it and hold up. Let me explain bro cause at least it wasn't one of them Bill Gates steroid chickens you dig and I don't like my chicken to be on TRT. So I busted out the package and I was like yo where's the sauce at and I ate it with no sauce because it came with a bag and I thought that there was a roll in the bag , here the sauce was in the bag and let me tell you something. I ate that jawn with no sauce and let me tell you it was scrumptious. I couldn't even imagine what it was like to eat it with the sauce cause it was so delectable and I got it with the macaroni and cheese. You know what I'm saying and that was that good cheese, bro that was like that good cheese they be putting on white castle burgers it was scrumdiddlyumtious... shout out the Ned Flanders. I'm satiated. I'm satisfied I'm exuberant. This chicken was money Well spent brothers and sisters.

$13 for a pork bowl where the serving of meat was less than what you'd get at a place like chipotle. Then the "bowl" itself was about the serving size to fit in an 8oz mug. The rolls were the only thing where the price matched the serving. Pork also had no distinct flavor.

My compliments to the chef/cook on this order!!! the ribs looked beautiful and tasted great and tender. As did the beans,greens,and Mac. I order from here quite a bit but this order was in the top of favorites. plus, it's my 1st time trying the brisket... it was literally perfect in portion size,flavor,tenderness. I want to reorder another of everything so family could try it...lol cause I really wasn't tryna share mine lol! Unfortunately I didn't have enough to do so. All that said,... Please keep up the good work 👏 I enjoyed it very much.😁👍🏾

I ordered 1/2 BRISKET, SMALL BAKED BEANS , PICKLE and BLONDIE . The main highlight was 1/2 BRISKET . Tender and juicy. Great with the sauce. I will definitely order it again. Baked beans were well cooked and the portion was good. However, it was too vinegary for me, had too much barbecue sauce, and my portion did not have any meat bits, just large peaces of fat, which was not pleasant. Pickle was great and crunchy and I loved it. BLONDIE on the other hand was a big disappointment. Everything except this desert was well packed, but paper rap does not work for something with cream on top. Besides poor rapping, it was too greasy, too sweet, too dense and lacked any flavor besides sugar. Not my type of desert but the portion was generous. I think that ordering out this amount of food for almost $60 (including delivery and tip) is too much and agree with other customers that this place feels pricey. But eating out in general got outrageously expensive after covid and this is just our new reality. However, overall, I will order from this place again. Food was fresh and cocked well.

When you compare prices with "regular" BBQ joints, you'll find the prices are often equal! For the quality of Fette Sau's ingredients (and the expertise of their pitmasters) this is a bargain. Intense flavors and well-executed sides. Will please the most discriminating BBQ palate.
