The Catfish is cooked to perfection. The collard greens and spaghetti are great as well. 10/10 highly recommended

The Catfish and Chicken Strips are wonderful and perfectly breaded and fried. Also the portions are very generous. I made two meals out of the Chicken Strips. The Collard Greens are also excellent. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

The 2 Meat Combo is a great deal as it comes with enough food to feed people. The food itself is also really good! The options for Soul Food in Iowa are slim to none, so the fact that this one hits it out the park is amazing.

Good Eatins is a hidden gem in Des Moines! If you want southern food, this is it. I'm from the south & the collards are unapologetically some of the best I've EVER had. Great food, great establishment & an amazing owner!

The best fried chicken in dsm.... I never had it before and I kept debating if I wanted to try something new this late... I'm glad I did. Everything was fresh and seasoned!!! You gained a new customer!
