I don't know how they do it,but the way it is covered in the incredible sesame sauce but stays so cispy and fresh. Even the next day from the fridge, because they give you so much food! I'm blessed to live so close and will be getting this dish as well as many others in the future!

This food was phenomenal and tasted authentic. I definitely need to come in person because it would be great to eat it freshly cooked. My boyfriend got the rainbow dumplings and said he was taken back by how good the veggie dumpling is and said it was probably the best of all of them. We shared the pan fried pork bun which was so flavorful. I had the soup dumplings which is originally why we ordered food from here and they were delicious. I'll be a returning customer! Portions good for the price.

Incredible, I've eaten many, many times at imperial treasure, mainly in person, but a few times via delivery as well...
I've lately been trying the beef and chicken main dishes, i typically have stuck with the dim sum (Pan fried pork bao buns with the spicy pork dumplings, then dip your bao buns in the spicy dumpling sauce, #1 dim sum hack, trust) but the latest few I've tried have blown me away, including my meal tonight...
Incredibly fresh and tender lean beef, cooked perfectly. Very fresh veggies (jalapeño/garlic/peppers included were fantastic) and a pretty neutral sauce that anyone could enjoy. I'd order this again in a second, but the black pepper/garlic beef are next on my list. Buns were included with my meal which was a nice surprise (there to fill with the meat and peppers), they had great texture to them and really added a lot to the meal. The portion was HUGE especially for the quality of the food, easily enough for two.
Support places like this offering real, and if you're seeking it, fully authentic dishes, prepared in a way that you won't find at almost any other local Chinese spots. The employees are also very kind and helpful, i give a 5/5 recommendation.

I would not recommend the R1.Half-Beijing Roast Duck半只-北京烤鸭. For it to be $46, there is barely any meat at all. The portion is small and it's mostly just skin. So disappointing!

P12.Stir-Fried Spicy Pot-麻辣香锅 is such a disappointment. This is a fantastic dish at the Ballentyne location where it is priced at 22.95 on doordash. I had hoped and assumed that the 34.95 price for the matthews location would at least be on par, but both in portion and flavor it disappoints. This seems to be just exorbitant pricing knowing that there are limited options for authentic sichuan cuisine in the area. The portion was much smaller and there was a complete absence of mala (麻辣) flavor which the Ballentyne location does quite well for this dish. I literally had to add my own sichuan peppercorns. Won't be ordering again from this restaurant.
