I ordered regular chicken and they they gave me SPICEY chicken. I have a throat disorder and cannot take spice. However the mac n cheese was beyond awesome! It was very fresh and great size too! I dont know if ill order again in the future.. but if i do, i hope they get it right. I dont want sm bad to happen because of chicken.

this is the third time that i have gotten chicken that was "refried". it was bone dry and burned to a crisp. I won't be ordering Popeyes again.

I just opened my bag. I had ordered 8 piece chicken, 2 sandwiches for the price of 1 per the special, and a side of Cole slaw. Now I see I only got 1 sandwich. Then I looked at the receipt. I was charged 13.72 for 2 sandwiches. So instead of 2 for 1 I got 1 sandwich for the price of 2. We have ordered from Popeyes on LSU gameday for 15 yrs at whichever of our houses we were at the time. There has been trouble in Baton Rouge this year as well. Ridiculously small Chicken, out of sides except Mac and cheese, but we didn't complain. I hate to break our longstanding tradition but this will be the last order. We will find something new for our tailgating. I hope this is not a systematic problem at Popeyes. It has been a great Louisiana chain in the past.
