Got the Jin Spicy Chicken Bowl, small bowls but they're good flavor and fresh. Would order again but would like to try other items as well

I ordered Jin Combo 2 Item Bento. That is not what I got. I received chicken Katsu and it was overcooked almost burnt. The rice was Crunchy. no sauce. Will not order from here again. Not the amount of food I paid for.

Very scammy with the smaller than average bowl used. Your “chicken bowl” is packaged in a glorified dipping sauce bowl. No flavor either. Will not buy here again. BUYER BEWARE!

The food itself wasn't bad. However, it took way too long for the food to get made. My order was 30 minutes behind.

Some of the worst tasting chicken teriyaki I have ever had. Reminds me of what I would get in my midde school cafeteria. Will not be ordering from here again.
