The Spicy Goat Panini was delicious and filling ! And the Matcha Latte was exactly what I needed this morning

I got the Salted Caramel Mocha w/ sweet foam. Real great quality espresso (I worked at SBUX for 5 years). It wasn't watered down and burnt like so many small cafes I've tried in the city. Cup and lid was sturdy too. Looking forward to trying their paninis next !

Drink was small for a large not sure if they gave wrong size. Premium prices for the Chicken Hot Honey Wrap but bit in and instantly got grossed out. Hard chicken. I never leave reviews but was very disappointed

Overall, the restaurant seemed very pleasant and the staff were great. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming.
However, the packaging feels cheap and flimsy. The cup in particular felt like it might break in my hand. I hate to say it, but packaging does matter, it’s the first thing a customer interacts with before they even taste the food or drink. Investing in sturdier packaging would make a much better first impression.
I ordered the chicken hot honey wrap, and unfortunately it had way too much sauce. Every bite felt like I was mostly tasting sauce, which overpowered the other underlying ingredients in the wrap. Reducing the amount of sauce and increasing the greens and chicken would really help balance the flavors.
At the end of the day, the ingredients in a wrap should complement each other not overwhelm it to the point where it becomes soggy.
