Steaks can be ordered plain, peppercorn, or blackened. We cook on an open flame grill. Pittsburgh rare - cold blue center and might still move a little on the plate. Rare – cool red center & juicy. Medium rare- warm red center and tender & juicy. Medium – warm pink center , tender & still mostly moist. Mid well – tiny pink center and why steak sauce was invented. Well done - no pink, cooked through. Tastes like jerky & takes forever to cook. We can cook it more—but we cannot cook it less. Be very careful when ordering well done! Allergy alert!
