Best pizza in town! Way more than a pizza restaurant though. From the wings & provolone rings (their version of mozzarella sticks) to the bolognese pasta & chicken burrata Parmesan. This place is a hidden gem and absolutely top tier.

As a newcomer to Florida, from NY, I thought I would just have to accept the fact that I would be nothing but disappointed with pizza in my area. The past few years, I tried over 20 different places, most we sub-par, some were decent, but being a full Italian from NY, none were all that. This place changed that for me. My full gratitude to the owner, chef, and any staff that keep this place going. You saved me!!! I can enjoy SK and still enjoy good pizza and Italian food. Please do not ever lower your standards. As a fellow business owner, you're doing the right thing. You know what you're doing to make that crust so airy and light and crunchy, the fresh basil and garlic, the homemade meatballs, the polenta and Marscapone cheese, you are an ARTIST! In your trade my friend. Me and my wife have endured in our 3rd dinner from your establishment, and I am so happy I found you folks. What a meal, please don't disappear on us, and never lower your standards. Thank you all for the great experience

This is the second time that I've had their wings. Keep in mind I am not even much of a wings type of person so that's saying a lot. They are large and in charge. Polenta crusted with a side of their spicy gold and the fennel ranch. Thank me later.

Hands down the best pizza in Sarasota and probably the surrounding area as well in my opinion. All are delicious but especially enjoy the fungi "we add sausage to ours". Oh and the Detroit style is a must try... the tall crispy, crunchy sides and the thicker dough, which is soft and airy but still has that good bite, it's even amazing the next day. By far the best caesar salad "with the black garlic breadcrumbs" we've ever had! Absolute perfection haha my girlfriend and I sometimes get two and just have those for dinner with the "Frico" cheese bread "which are also Detroit style!". Also if you like sweets do yourself a favor and get the pistachio cheesecake for dessert. It's a gem. Beautiful to look at and tastes even better. You truly cannot lose at this place. One of our all time favorites!

The portion size on the pasta was insanely small for the price. Takeout comes in cardboard containers which seems like an odd choice for saucy food. The container did not retain heat, the restaurant was less than a mile from my house and the food was already cooled down and covered in condensation by the time it got to me... Meatballs didn't have a lot of flavor outside of crushed red pepper.
