I always get the loaded fries and a drink and it's extremely filling. The meat is so flavorful and the fries are so yummy! I am very impressed with the overall quality of the food here.

The tacos were loaded with carne and could have made a dozen tacos. Very tasty and loved the fact that there were freshly chopped onions and Cilantro. Birria Ramen was a first try for me had a little too much fat in it but I just pulled it out, other than that absolutely flavorful and the noodles were perfectly done. Highly recommend!

The Birria Tacos are BOMB! I could not believe the amount of meat these Birria Tacos had. Amazing. Not as much cheese as pictured, however, the deliciousness flavor of the birria took care of that! Everything you can tell freshly homemade. The consommé was on point! Plenty of onions & cilantro but not enough lime. Still delicious! Sauces, included. I'm from Cali and have been looking for a place with Birria Tacos and they didn't disappoint. Happy camper.

I did not know that this place existed in Las Cruces, but that was by far the best freaking taco I've had in Las Cruces the side order of beans and rice was really small, but I definitely will be ordering from this place again absolutely by far the best damn taco I've had in Las Cruces

We order the small taco box with half pastor and half birria. They were absolutely delicious with the fresh limes, diced onion, and chopped cilantro on the side. I was extremely happy with our choice for delivery, El Vagon completely satisfied our cravings and the flavors melded so beautifully together. The Elote Cups were so good, I wish we ordered more. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone craving amazing tacos. Their baked potato also fantastic.
