Hong Kong Kitchen has been there for decades. and quite honestly? they've always been consistent! when you want good Chinese food, actual low main noodles and not linguine other places try and pass off as Lo mein? what do you want crispy chicken, good portion sizes, and pretty quick service? go there. I've been ordering from here for years even after the preview Center retired, and someone else took over? they still remain the same. excellent stuff.

Dirst time ordering from here. Portions and taste were on point. Both egg 11. 蛋 花 湯 / Egg Drop Soup and hot and 14. 酸 辣 湯 / Hot & Sour Soup were amazing. Will order again.

All items arrived very hot and well packaged. I requested no mushrooms on the 58. 腰果雞丁 / Diced Chicken with Cashew Nuts and it came exactly correct. Not only that, but the cashew were big and whole nuts. Pieces of baby corn, celery, water chestnut and carrot in a brown sauce that was very tasty. The C5. 青椒牛或雞 / Pepper Steak or Chicken which I got with beef was good. Egg 13. 蛋花雲吞湯 / Egg Drop with Wonton Soup was a new try for me. I like then both seperately, so maybe they would be good together. While the quality was high, I wasn't as fond of the soups mixed together. Nothing wrong with the preperation, I would definitely get the won ton soup next time. The only thing I wish I could change was that regular orders, not combos, can only ne ordered with white rice. I wish I could upgrade to fried rice with my main entrees.

Egg rolls were small and seemed to be not cooked long enough, and came from a box. Both entrees were lacking. Brown sauce was sweet for some reason. Hot and spicy was barely spicy after asking for extra heat. Tasted bland. Portions were good. Unfortunately probably won't order from here again.

雞 炒 飯 / Chicken Fried Rice was okay, only onions 

雞 蓉 蛋 / Chicken Egg Foo Young soggy, would not order again, and this is my go-to from Chinese seemed under cooked and/or it was in a container with the gravy so that could have caused it to be soggy...also only onions and chicken, no addt veggies. prefer gravy on the side

芥 蘭 牛 / Beef with Broccoli husband's dish said was good

蝦 卷 / Shrimp Egg Roll husband said it was good

春 卷 / Roast Pork Egg Roll wonderful flavor but definitely more wrapper than filling

Tried expanding our tastes for a new favorite Chinese restaurant...unfortunately, while good flavor on a few items, i wouldn't order again
