I ordered an iced coffee and a Succulent Burrito today, but received egg avocado toast instead of the burrito. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time my order has been wrong.
On a previous occasion, I ordered a Succulent Burrito and an iced coffee, but all I received was a small, unlabeled hot coffee—no burrito and no iced coffee. That happened on my wedding day, so I didn’t write a review because dealing with the hassle wasn’t how I wanted to spend the day.
I’m not sure whether these mistakes are happening at Succulent or through DoorDash, but I’ve paid too much to repeatedly receive incorrect or incomplete orders. Someone needs to double-check that the items match the order before they’re sent out.
The lids on Succulent’s iced coffee cups are also frustrating. They don’t stay secure and pop off regardless of where I hold the cup, making it difficult to handle the drink without spilling.
I’m happy to pay extra for great food and service, but premium prices should come with accurate orders, secure packaging, and consistent quality. After repeated mistakes, it’s hard to justify ordering again.

I love that succulent's chai is not overly sweet, which is extremely hard to find.
