I don't know why.. when I go to Spot in-person it's always GREAT! But whenever I order through DD something is always messed up. :P Today my Bacon Egg & Cheese sandwich was burnt and there was no creamer in my Iced Coffee with Light cream. Also no creamer in the bag to add myself. :/

Luckily, I had a very helpful Dasher for this order. After it was picked up, the receipt didn't include the yogurt parfait that I had already ordered (and paid for). The Dasher did get it for me. I opened the bag and there was supposed to be coffee cake. It actually tastes like a lemon loaf and sure doesn't look like coffee cake. (take a look at my photo – does this look like coffee cake to you?) I used to get smoothies and food from Spot Coffee all the time on my lunch break. I only ordered three things, and they forgot one and screwed up another. Very disappointed.

This is the second time I have ordered DoorDash from Spot coffee. The first time the ingredients on my order were wrong. I didn't write a review the first time because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I am dairy free and they still put cheese on my breakfast sandwich even though I selected no cheese. The second time, we ordered three breakfast sandwiches, and only two sandwiches got delivered. Although I am a fan of spa coffee and their food, DoorDash experience with them has been Very disappointing.
