I love PJ's bar and grill so much!! The buffalo PJs Bone in Wings are the best wings I've ever had in my natural life. I get them well done with a side of unforgettable tasting ranch. They also come with thin sliced cucumbers, leaving a refreshing taste. Since i've found this place, I will never get buffalo wings anywhere else ever again. Go PJ's!!

I'm a big wing fan, so while I'm traveling for work this week, I wanted to find a local wing spot to try. PJ's was highly rated and the menu had some solid rub choices, so I put an order in.
I'm not good at narrowing down, so I ended up with two large orders of bone in wings - I split each of them in two flavors. Garlic parm is a must any wing spot, then Lemon Pepper dry rub, House dry rub and Cajun dry rub.
I'll spread these out over the rest of the week, snacking on them, but I had to try one of each when they first came. The wings are amazing - I can't say for sure I could choose any of them over the others.
The Cajun dry rub isn't super hot or spicy - I don't mind when it is, but I know other people can be apprehensive. I'd say 2/5 on the heat scale - certainly not "hot" in my humble opinion. The taste is well worth the roll of the dice.
House dry rub was also fantastic, I'd order these again along with the Cajun next time I'm in the area.
I'm glad I got the Lemon Pepper dry rub wings - I was on the fence because that particular flavor can be hit or miss, but this wins my vote.
The Garlic Parm holds its own with the other flavors and the competitors I've had over my years - all in all these four flavors really won't disappoint.
Because I'm a glutton I got the black & blue double smash burger - I don't think I need to explain why, right? Very juicy, medium to medium-well (I usually order rare but I know it can be tricky especially with DD). I ditched the lettuce and tomato (I have a particular hatred for shredded lettuce as a rule.) Well worth the inclusion.
All in all, very happy with this order and PJ's. I'll be grazing on the wings for the next couple days, and I enjoy the experience of eating wings that have been sitting for a day or two - I'm confident these will not disappoint.

I always get Gorgonzola Steak Tips when I'm at PJ's, they are wonderful. Garlic Parm wings are tasty as well. Tried their Brisket Chili for the first time and it was too sweet for my liking, but it did look good.
