Ordered SALMON BENTO (L)BEEF TERI BENTO (L)CK TERI BENTO (L) for company lunch. Food was warm upon arrival. Flavor is good, but nothing out of the ordinary. Portion for protein amount was mixed for each container (ordered 4,4,5). Salad seemed fresh but surrounding food probably made it welt. Good overall, but pricey.nice spot if in a pinch for time tho.

KAMIKAZE super dry no flavor at all.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I have never encountered a situation where miso soup is served without tofu. when I called to inquire, I was told that sometimes the soup contains a lot of tofu and sometimes none at all. That response was both surprising and unsatisfactory. Consistency is a basic expectation, especially when customers are paying a premium for standard menu items. Unfortunately, there was no effort made to resolve the issue. I will not be returning and will not recommend this restaurant to others. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both product consistency and customer service. I give this restaurant a zero star.
