To whom it may concern, as a former employee of Chick Fill A this store definitely needs a lot of work. First we will talk about Spicy Chicken Sandwich it came with everything as i order good job, however it tasted horrible why you may ask chicken well seasoned but not even cooked properly it was nothing close to fried filet ❌️ secondly if your vegetables are not fresh you might aswell close the store and lastly was the FOH person in charge of packing Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® hungry because my fries could have been packaged in a small fries container and still you wouldn't know if there is anything in it. Wouldn't purchase again unless improvements are made. would recommend 34th st in front of pen station and 144 fultons st IF they are still that good!

I order from here often and the meal quality is very inconsistent. I've had sodas that taste like they did not refill the soda syrup for the machine. Every other order my fries are either too stale or too salty and borderline inedible. I will say usually the chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches are good. It sucks because I was excited that a location was opening in UWS, but the quality of this store is very hit or miss. I've ordered here multiple times a week since they've opened and hoped the quality and consistency would improve over time but months later I still have to ask for a refund for bad/missing food. I leave this feedback to give an honest opinion and hopefully help improve, cause it is convenient having a Chick Fil A on the west side. Please work on improving the quality and consistency of your service.

This chic fil a is bad for business. They give you watered down drinks and sandwiches with no meat in it. This is ridiculous, get new hires please or just shut down the whole chic fil a. It shouldn't be a reason why something is wrong with my food everytime i order food from here. Please do not waste your money and order from here!
