Oh my gosh best fish One Fish (Pollock) Burrito ever it was so tasty. The special sauce was amazing! The One Carne Asada Burrito was also just as good thank you Emiliano's for my dinner dedicated worth the price!

I orderd the Carne Asada Fries, the portion is massive! I specificly asked for the guacamole and the sour cream to be put on the side and they come in containers of 2 ounces, which is more than plenty.
The Aguas Frescas Mexicanas (Traditional Mexican Drinks) I got the Horchata, very flavorful but not to sweet which is perfect!

The BEST birria in the entire Basin. The meat is tender and juicy, cheese is melty, and the consume has the perfect spice. Seriously my favorite comfort food!

After extensive field testing and a highly controlled late-night evaluation process, the carnitas nachos demonstrated exceptional performance metrics across all major categories. Chip structural integrity remained intact under full topping load, indicating an ideal moisture-to-crispness ratio. The carnitas exhibited strong flavor saturation with low grease contamination, while cheese distribution achieved near-uniform coverage across the sample area. Overall mouthfeel, texture variance, and seasoning calibration were scientifically close to perfection.
The chorizo burrito has been placed into overnight cold-storage for tomorrow morning’s secondary testing phase. Preliminary visual analysis suggests strong potential for above-average breakfast performance. Pending further research.
I would order again however other menu items will need further evaluation.
