I ordered a chicken quesadilla and they put beef in it. I still ate it and it tasted fine.

Food tasted old. Hard beans and rice. No beef muchaco with whole lotta platter. They use to have the best beef tacos. Not anymore. Hardly any beef or anything inside them anymore. Definitely did not get money's worth. Wish they would update their hours on their website. Outside menu is the worst! Not lit well. Impossible to read.

One burrito the tortilla was so hard it went in the trash the other two barely had anything in it! Also didn't even get side of sour cream I was charged for.

We always get the Beef Chilada Platter and are almost always happy with it. The only thing we usually run into problems is that they don't cover the flour tortillas that wrap the Beef Chiladas with enough sauce. That happened again this time. Luckily, we had also ordered Queso so we used that on the Beef Chiladas. Our main problem this time was that we also ordered 2 Cheesecake Chimichangas and they were not included with the order. I tried several times to call the store for a refund and no one will answer the phone. Plus it keeps telling the line is busy and kicks me out of the call. Now I'll have to keep trying to get ahold of someone there.

I don't normally do this, we love Bueno. We ordered quite a few items, and barely any fillings in the burritos, tacos, and salads. The tacos were not even half full, and mostly lettuce. The burritos may have had a teaspoon of beans in them. Its Friday, they are probably super busy. Everyone has off days, and most places are shorthanded these days.
